7.Subscribers' names and ID numbers.
8.Number, names of directors and officers, with addresses recorded at the Public Registry Office in Panama City.
9.Proxies appointed or powers of attorney granted, if registered.
10.Legal Representative.
11.Resident Agent (Panamanian lawyer or law firm), including street, mailing addresses, phone, fax numbers, email, URL addresses.
12.Capital declared. Stockholders' names, addresses are not registrable at the Public Registry in Panama City.
13.Identities not provided. The stock registry is a private book privately held in Panama or any other part of the world.
14.Duration.
15.Domicile: Panama City the most common. Any place can be declared.
Place for meetings: 16.Panama City, any other place, and restricted countries if any First board of directors and officers, with any addresses recorded at the Public Registry Office in Panama City.
